This meeting included an excellent presentation by Duane Pascoe on planning for the Grover's Creek vicinity. And it included an excellent presentation by Eric Baker, who manages Special Projects for Kitsap County, relating to work with Forterra staff toward developing a possible transfer of development rights mechanism which could help conserve open space, as with the KFBP, and provide value for land owners in support of this conservation.
